VOLUNTEERS TRAINING PROGRAM

Dr.Carrie Washington,director of spiritual services at Essex County Correctional Facility, provided mandatory orientation training session to the volunteers who provide Islamic services and mentoring at the Essex Correctional facility at Turkish Cultural Center in Clifton,NJ.

The orientation program was well received with the volunteers and volunteer candidates.
As a good turnout, 10 more new volunteer applications were handed to Dr Washington by the new volunteer candidates.
Dr Washington explained do’s and dont’s during the volunteering time in and out of the facility with the real life time experiences.
We thank to Dr Washington and our volunteers for attending this comprehensive and useful training.
