“Every ends has new beginnings” North East Islamic Community Center Rochester Upstate New York Weekend School is completing year long education. At the semifinals 9 out of 20 students achieved to compete final in New Jersey for Annual The Qur`an  Reading and Recitation  Contest. From the Finals Rochester Weekend School students earn 1ST and 2nd place First grade The Qur`an Reading.  Another student from Rochester Weekend School read the poem “Give Us  a Divine Light” from Fethullah Gulen.
All students, teachers and their families were excited to see how student can achieve only once a week coming for Weekend Scholl at TCC Rochester. The families happy to support their children by following up daily homework schedule with cooperation of their children`s teachers. All the students are coming to their school with excitement. Collaboration of teacher and family lead students learn efficiently without frustration. Each student looks forward to come to their Weekend School.
May 28 there will be celebration picnic organized for Weekend School Students. All students are looking forward to continue their education during the Summer Camp that will be start in the beginning of July 2016.
