NEICC COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

North East Islamic Community Center in collaboration with Lehigh Dialogue Foundation organized an Event ( Remembrance of the Akhiskan Exile) In memory of the Akhiskan Turks that were once exiled from Georgia to Central Asia, and in memory of those that passed away, NEICC organized an event that included recitation of the Qur’an in TCC Pennsylvania. The Qur’an was recited, survivors shared their sad memories with the Turkish and Akhiskan community.
