Seerah Fair; The life of Prophet Muhammad

North East Islamic Community Center and Turkish Cultural Center of Connecticut held an event called “Seerah Fair.” This fair was held in two locations West Haven, and Hartford. Seerah means the life of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him).
The contestants were kids in K-12 . Kids picked a scene or a subject from prophet’s life and made creative projects. Their work and presentations were judged by four jurries. Yet, most importantly kids learned about the prophet.
The fair was opened to the community. Visitors were imperesed by the projects and kids’ hard work. The Seerah Fair was a fun way for kids and parents to learn. Contestants enjoyed the fair fully!
